Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items, including jerseys with names and numbers, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise.
Return Process
- Submit a Return Request:
Email us at returns@toptiersoccer.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. - Receive Authorization:
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. - Ship the Item(s):
Pack the item(s) securely, and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. - Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at returns@toptiersoccer.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@toptiersoccer.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
